Where to send it
- A bug in the free plugin
- The WordPress.org support forum (opens in a new tab) — public, so the next person with the same problem finds the answer. If it goes quiet for a few days and you are still stuck, write to me anyway.
- Anything as a Pro customer
- Email support@payforpayment.com, or use the Support link in the plugin’s settings screen. On a licensed site that opens Freemius’ contact form, which sends your licence and site details with the message, so I can see what you are running.
- Billing, invoices, licences
- Your Freemius account (opens in a new tab) — they’re the Merchant of Record.
- A security issue
- Please don’t open a public issue. Report it through the Patchstack Vulnerability Disclosure Program (opens in a new tab), whose team validates and triages it.
What to put in it
None of this is a form — it is the handful of things whose absence turns one reply into four.
Free or Pro, and the versions
Which plan you are on, plus your WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions. The plugin’s settings screen shows what it thinks it is running.
The payment method and the fee
Which gateway is configured, and what the fee is set to — fixed, percentage, caps, tax handling.
What you expected, and what happened
A real order helps more than a description: the basket total, the method chosen, the fee you expected and the one that appeared.
Checkout type and anything else in play
Classic or block checkout, and any multi-currency, tax or checkout plugin that touches the same totals.
